Tekform SDWD-T

Touch opening system for handleless drawer fronts.

- Easy to mount
- Non-handed design
- Narrow 1.5mm operating gap for evenly aligned fronts
- Easy opening, reliable closing

Tekform Slimline drawer is now upgraded with Titus‘ new touch opening system, for handleless drawer fronts. Tekform SDWD-T has the activator factory integrated into the drawer runner, while all other components remain the same as for the 'standard' Slimline version, as do drilling and fixing positions. This feature makes the installation simple and precise. The simplicity to mount is further supported by a non-handed touch mechanism that is intuitively placed into the correct position without the need of pre-drilling. Sensitivity of the system allows for a narrow gap down to 1.5mm, which enables perfectly aligned fronts and assure confident opening and closing.

The Tekform SDWD-T has an intuitive place-and-fix mounting system that requires no pre-drilling. The activator is built onto the drawer runner, which reduces the number of parts and allows for quick and accurate assembly with standard drilling and fixing positions.

The SDWD-T mechanism follows the 'One for All' principle, meaning that only one item provides a push-to-open feature for many different drawer sizes ensuring low complexity and flexibility in use. The SDWD-T drawer.

Optimized for the best opening and closing experience, the SDWD-T mechanism ensures reliable and secure opening and closing throughout its lifetime. Sliding Doors

Comprehensive range of damping solutions for sliding door systems.

- Wide scope
- Fully controllable damping path
- Consistent and reliable damping
- Comfortable opening with low pull-open force
- Reduced re-bounce effects

Slidix is a comprehensive range of damping solutions for applications in various internal sliding door systems, wardrobes, various drawer systems from cabinet slides to refrigerators.

One of the main parts of Slidix systems is Titus hydraulic damper. Hydraulic damping technology offers fully programmable/controllable damping curve, with ability to define forces and their distribution very precisely over the whole damping action – in order to fine tune performance to specific application. A specific combination of valve design and fluid composition, provides low temperature-sensibility, translating into consistent performance in an extended temperature range. The well-thought ratio between spring and damping force enables comfortable door opening using low power.

Slidix is a complete family of soft closing systems with damping stroke of 50 or 100mm to assure efficient damping at any closing speed, providing consistent performance over any application from 5kg to 120kg and on various materials such as wood, glass, hollowcore, plastics and more. Customer can choose from various sizes, three possible movement principles that can damp the object from inside-out, outside-in or in both directions, all depending on the required Slidix position and space limitation, speed of closing, weight and present friction. All gathered in a compact design with low impact in the application, which means manufacturer needs less adaptation to fit mechanism to different door situations.

Slidix products with their ability to efficiently and quickly adapt to specific customers’ needs give the possibility for applications to be extended over a wide range of industries: wardrobes and built-in cabinets, interior wall partitions as well as exterior sliding doors and windows for balconies or winter rooms, various internal sliding doors, pocket-doors, barn-doors made of glass or wood, shower doors, drawers, drawer slides and cabinet pull-out systems, refrigerators and wine coolers, storage systems with pull-out options and more.

Slidix Centro

- Reliable soft closing of middle sliding door
- Optimal middle door centering assures perfectly aligned door leafs
- Titus hydraulic damper inside assures consistent performance at any closing speed
- Comfortable door opening with low pull-open force

It also reduces the pull-open force required for door moving. Slidix Centro has a dedicated activator that works in combination with other Slidix mechanisms as well to offer a complete set of soft closing systems for big wardrobes and wall partitions with three or more doors. Slidix Centro can be added to any two-way runner system like in drawer cabinets in kitchen islands or double-sided pull-outs in pharmacy equipment or shop displays.

PushPlus System

Soft closing and touch opening for pocket doors.

- Allows for doors to retreat completely into wall
- Smooth and reliable damping for maximum user comfort
- Only a slight push is needed to activate
- Efficient fine-tuning to customer’s specific needs

PushPlus is the only system at the market with soft closing and touch opening function connected in a single mechanism to assure effortless and comfortable opening and closing of wall pocket sliding doors.

Typically, a pocket sliding door in fully open position stops slightly before the wall hole, protruding and obstructing the area available for moving. Our PushPlus system allows the door to retreat completely into the wall. To close, you activate it with a push. For maximum comfort, safety and silence in use, the system provides also damping in the opening direction. It combines best features from both ‘worlds’ – consistent and reliable door damping and effortless opening of handle-less pocket doors. Handle less pocket doors are perfectly flushed with the wall, enabling the maximum openness of the gateways. The hidden push-open mechanism assures confident release of the door only by a slight push on the frame and doors are ready to fully-close. When storing them back into the wall frame the damper inside mechanism provides smooth and reliable soft closing at the last stage of opening, making the door disappear silently and with maximum user comfort.

The system design is based on a modular approach, meaning that with minor modifications and combination of standard components we can adapt to the specific requirements of customers and applications. Our compact design with soft-close and push-to-open in one unit opens multiple opportunities. We can think of pantry units and other sliding systems where handles are not wanted for aesthetic reasons.
