Freight Surcharge Notification

Ongoing increases in fuel and transport costs across the market have continued to put pressure on freight. While at Titus we have worked hard to absorb these increases where possible, we’ve reached a point where a temporary adjustment is necessary.

Effective Tuesday the 7th of April, we will be applying a surcharge of $5.00 NZD per order, in addition to your current delivery charge. This will be a temporary measure to alleviate the oncost and will be reviewed bi-weekly until the present situation has stabilised.

This is not a decision we have taken lightly. While we have worked with our freight partners to minimise the oncost, we suggest wherever possible customers review their weekly and monthly order schedule and consolidate orders to help mitigate this surcharge. Branch Pick-Up click and collect orders placed online will also be exempt from the freight surcharge.
