How long are delivery turnarounds?

NZ Couriers 

Delivered within the day or overnight around the North and South Island areas

Local Auckland area orders placed by 11:30am - Receive a PM Delivery 

Deliveries out of Christchurch - Overnight

Rural Deliveries- 1-2 Days

Castle Parcel

Used for bulk orders out of Auckland and Christchurch (i.e Boxes of Legs etc)

All orders sent out of Christchurch and Auckland will take approximately 1-2 Days

Rural deliveries - 2-3 Days (extra charges may apply)

Freight Line Ltd

Used for Profile handles & longer larger items - Approx 1-2 Days

* Freight is Calculated by weight at time of packing the order


What are the cutoff times for my orders?

Orders sent from Auckland Branch

NZ Couriers Ltd 

Collections are 4 times daily - 11:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm & 4:00pm 

For all Local deliveries out of Auckland requring an afternoon delivery orders must be placed by 11:30am 

Castle Parcel Ltd 

One collection daily - 3:30pm

All out of Auckland deliveries will take approximately - 1-2 days

Freight Line Ltd

One Collection daily - 3:30pm

Orders sent from Christchurch Branch

Collections are 4 times daily - 9:30am, 12:00pm, 2:30pm & 4:30pm

 Once collection daily - 4:00pm

Freight Line Ltd

One Collection dialy - 4:30pm


Where do you ship to?

We ship New Zealand wide 

International deliveries can be arranged and are calculated at the time or packing the order for more information contact us here


Can I collect my order?

Orders can be collected from the Auckland Showroom from Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 4:30 pm. It is recommended that all orders are phoned through with plenty of notice before collecting to ensure no delays. For any Custom made lighting orders we allow approximatley 3 working days for ordres to be processed depending on the complexity of the order. 

How much will my delivery cost?

Most parcels are calculated by weight and some orders may vary from others, please see a rough guide below or contact us for more infomation


Where is my order?

All deliveries can be tracked by us - therefore if you have not received your order within the expected time frame please contact us via email or phone and we will track your order

**Please note:  If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery your parcel will be taken back to the depot and will be put into the next delivery cycle. The courier will reattempt delivery in the next delivery cycle. Some of our courier services will leave a calling card others will continue to reattempt delivery serveral times.

To avoid missed deliveries we recommend leaving a comment when placing your order indicating that you would like the parcel to be left by the front door (or secure place of your choosing)
